UPDATE 12/2018 - Cookie is starting to make some progress and getting more used to seeing new people. Cookie is all about a having a new mommy and being a lap dog! Cookie is afraid of men. Enjoy the new photo! Here is Chicagoland Eskie Rescue's Cookie! Cookie is an adorable little Mini Eskie girl, 3 years old, and 11-12 lbs. She is shy and very slow to warm up to new people. Cookie needs someone with time and patience. Cookie is new to America's midwest, and right now she's a little unsure about our cold, frosty weather; she spent her first 3 years in Kuwait. Cookie will do best in a home with someone who wants a lap dog. Cookie wants to be physically attached to her person, likes to be touching, and likes to be carried around. She will adjust faster in a home where someone is home to give her the attention that she craves. Cookie does fine with other dogs, but does not play, does not want to wrestle, nor be jumped on. She would rather stick close to her person, simply staring adoringly. Cookie is fine with cats. NO children. Cookie is in the Chicagoland area.
